PrintEnQRCode.com enables you to generate and download QR codes, customize them, and obtain print-ready files. We provide the Services “as is,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free output.

3. User Responsibilities & Warranties

  • You are responsible for the content you submit for QR generation.
  • You confirm you have rights to use the content (URLs, text, logos) you input, and that it does not violate any law, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights of third parties.
  • You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, malicious, or deceptive content (phishing, malware links, explicit content, etc.).
  • You must comply with relevant laws, local regulations, and export control requirements.
4. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our site, software, and processes (except for user content).
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. logo, text).
When you submit content to us for QR generation, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide license to process and transform it into QR codes for your use

5. No Data Storage

As stated clearly, we do not store or log any user content submitted for QR code generation beyond transient processing. Once the QR is generated and delivered to you, your input is discarded.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide no warranty that the QR codes generated will work in every scanner or environment. We do not guarantee uptime, absence of bugs, or service continuity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printen QR Code and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (or part thereof) at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any reason. The disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations herein survive termination.
